The only way Libras themselves can be a bully is if they give someone the silent treatment, as they tend to be passive-aggressive because they don’t say anything, as a result of the fact that they hate conflict.
Pisces – stands up for the underdog
Pisces are very compassionate, and if anything, Pisces would stand up for the underdog. Unfortunately, Pisces has a reputation for withdrawing under challenging circumstances.
