In a new interview, Dr. confirmed. James Lacatski, who led a previous U.S. government investigation into Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), reports that the U.S. government possesses a device of unknown origin and has access to its interior, reports liberationtimes.com.
A recently released book co-authored by Lacatski, leader of the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) dedicated to the study of UAP, reveals more details about his tenure at the AATIP and the evidence he collected that its existence of extraterrestrial beings. technology.
He said the US government has in its possession a vessel that is not man-made and has studied its structure and functions.
“We have a vessel that is not ours, that was not made by us, and that we were able to recover,” he said. “We were able to access the interior of this vessel and learn a thing or two about it.”
Dr. Lacatski did not specify where or when the vessel was recovered, or what it looks like. He also did not reveal what kind of information the government learned from it, or whether it is still operational. He said he is bound by a nondisclosure agreement and that revealing too much could jeopardize national security.
However, he hinted that the craft exhibits some of the same features seen in other UFO sightings reported to the AATIP, such as hypersonic speeds, extreme maneuverability and anti-gravity propulsion.
Lacatski claimed that there is no reason for humanity to fear potential non-human intelligence, provided the human species discovers its full capabilities, stating:
“If we knew the full human capabilities at this point, we wouldn’t have to fear that.”
He added:
“Our capabilities have never been fully revealed. And we are still learning; we still have a long way to go to evolve.”
Dr. Lacatski said he left the Pentagon because of a lackluster official response to the AATIP findings and their unwillingness to address potential risks from UFOs.
He said he hopes that by speaking out he can encourage more people – and authorities – to overcome long-standing stigmas and talk more openly about these mysterious planes, some of which could pose a bigger threat than we realize.
Lacatski focused on the aspect where private contractors could potentially possess vessels of unknown or non-human origin
“I can say that if there is heavy investment in contractors’ capital, their overhead money in technologies, and they have been given these technologies, they will stick with them.
“It’s like someone saying, ‘Hey, wait a minute, we’ve invested a lot of our personal resources in research,’ and this sentiment applies to any topic.
“It will be difficult to pry technology away. When something has been transferred and a private company has invested its money, its shareholders’ money, in research.
“So that’s a completely different aspect.”
One such contractor believed to have a vessel of unknown or non-human origin is Lockheed Martin.
