You asked, and now your dreams have come true: Sleep Stories are officially in the CHANI app.
Need more details? Here’s everything you need to know about this new feature.
First of all, what are sleep stories?
Sleep Stories are soothing audio journeys designed to help you relax and rest. Led by Chani Nicholas and available exclusively in the CHANI appEach story explores a different traditional planet and is created to help you de-stress and drift off in peace.
How many stories are there and what do they focus on?
With this new app update, you can travel to the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn to decompress, connect with the cosmos and build better sleep habits. There are seven Sleep Stories in total – one for each day of the week – and they are all 40 minutes long. So you have plenty of time to relax, explore the universe and fall asleep.
How do sleep stories help improve sleep?
When you sleep well, good things also come. Good sleep has been proven to reduce anxiety, improve your mood, increase mental energy, and strengthen your immune system (aka everything we need more of). Because Sleep Stories help you relax your mind before bed, they support deeper, more restorative sleep.
How can I work with Sleep Stories in the CHANI app?
With the addition of Sleep Stories to our audio library, the CHANI app can now calm your mind at any hour. For example, you can play affirmations as part of your morning ritual, listen to our guided meditations during your lunch break, and integrate Sleep Stories into your bedtime routine. Go to the Listen tab to tune in and relax.
Where can I find Sleep Stories?
Sleep Stories are only available in the CHANI app and can be found at the top of the Listen tab.
How do sleep stories differ from meditations?
While both audio offerings are led by Chani Nicholas, our guided meditations support reflection and healing – focusing on themes of grounding, grief, love and abundance. Sleep stories, on the other hand, support relaxation and rest, and explore themes related to the planets.
Ready to wake up rested?
Note: If you can’t find Sleep Stories in the Listen tab, try closing and reopening your window CHANI app. If that doesn’t work, learn how to update your app here.
