The universe usually speaks to us through synchronicities.
A song that comes on the radio and the lyrics just describe your current mentality, a name on a license plate, random little things that make you go ‘that’s weird’. Numbers can also contain messages.
The number of times people have come up to me and said, “I keep seeing 11:11, what does that mean?” Or “I see 5 EVERYWHERE, I know it sounds crazy, but what does this tell me?” is insane.
Numbers and synchronicities may have their own meaning for you, but there is also such a thing as numerology. Numerology is the art of finding messages in numbers from the assigned meaning. It is an ancient art used in ancient scriptures and also found in the Bible.
You can find your life path number using numerology, where you can identify in a quick overview what your life could be like. You can use it to learn more about your love life as it is mathematically mapped out. It is a way of spiritual understanding.
For me, I just use it to talk to me in moments of doubt. When I see 77 it is a reminder to me that I am loved. When I see 11.11, it’s a sign that I’m on the right track.
Without further explanation, I’m going to list the meaning behind numbers from a study I did, to save you the work.
Number 1
The number 1 represents a very driven, independent and creative energy. If you see the number 1 repeatedly, it means that you are probably being guided to rise to the next level of life. Some life changes can be expected soon, as seeing this number often can signal an ideal time for new beginnings.
Number 2
The energy of number 2 is very charismatic, diplomatic, fair and balanced. If you see the number 2 often, it could mean that you are being guided to communicate, or that things are about to get a little deeper and more serious. It can also mean that this is a good time to undertake creative activities or socialize.
Number 3
3’s have a very outgoing vibe. The number 3 represents fun, optimism, charisma and very good communication. 3 is a happy and powerful number, with a lot of history behind it. The mother, the girl, the woman. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Seeing this number can indicate a lot that this is a good time to work with other people because things will go well. It can also be a sign to be a little more flexible and perhaps a little more self-disciplined.
Number 4
The number 4 is a disciplined, organized and strong number. It is sturdy and can also be seen as very angelic. Seeing the number 4 often can be a reminder that you are supported and loved, even though it may seem like you are not.
Number 5
The number 5 means that change is coming. 5 is a free-spirited, adventurous number. If you see the number 5 often, things in your life are about to be shaken up. Expect this to be for the best.
Number 6
The number 6 is the number of balance and harmony. It can also bring nostalgic energy. Seeing the number 6 could mean that you are being guided to find balance, it could mean that you are in a time of conflict and you need to calm down and stop trying to control things so much.
Number 7
The number 7 is a deeply spiritual and enlightened number. Seeing a lot is a sign that you could benefit from solitude right now. It can also be a reminder that you are in motion and that you need to trust that things will fall into place as long as you do what you are led to do at that moment.
Number 8
Then number 8 is about hard work and laying a stable foundation for the long term. 8 is a hardworking, practical, risk-taking number. Seeing this number can mean a lot that now is the time to do your job in an honorable way. You’ll be grateful you did in the long run. It can also mean your presence in the material world, it can mean that you are too grounded or you may not be grounded enough.
Number 9
The number 9 is about solving problems and fighting injustice. If you see this number often, it could signify your calling to fight for justice and balance, and stand up against inequality and imbalance. It could also mean the end of a cycle, or that things are about to fall into place for you.
Number 11
11 stands alone as a master number in numerology. Seeing number 11 is a sign of awakening, understanding and a higher perspective.
Number 22
Seeing this number is usually reassurance that you are doing your best at the moment, and to just relax a bit.
Numbers and their meanings, as I’ve said before, can be personal to you. If exploring their meaning confuses you or doesn’t resonate with you, I would suggest simply asking the universe to show you what it means. You can also say, “Okay, every time I see this song it’s a reminder that…”. The universe will eventually play ball because it communicates with us in a way that we will understand.
