Reading is good for the mind, body and soul, so there is so much encouragement for children to read and for their parents to read to them before they master it. On April 2, International Children’s Book Day, pull out your favorite children’s book. If you have children, make sure you read to them that day (which should be a daily occurrence), and let it instill the habit of reading something to yourself daily. It is never too late to read as it is always good for the mind and helps you stay sharp.
