I started introducing the concepts of Egyptian numerology over two years ago. Even though I have the book “Egyptian Numerology; Emergence into the 5th Dimension”, which is about the basics and philosophy of Egyptian numerology, my second book “Path of the Wounded Healer; Deliverance is for the asking,” and is about the challenges, lessons and blessings we had to fulfill in this life and I even started work on my next book: “The Miraculous Healer; Becoming a Conscious Creator” which is about our ascension; the final destination.. but what I discover is that the discoveries are endless. Egyptian numerology is a new frontier, a way of life forged from the findings of ancient wisdom and translated into the consciousness raising we are currently experiencing.
The truth never ages
The reason why ancient wisdom answers the questions that arise in the world today is because the Truth never ages or changes. I do not speak of my truth, your truth, or the truth of any other spiritual leader, because the truth speaks for itself. No spokesperson is needed to make it happen. It just needs to be delivered at a time when it is relevant and can be heard. It’s like the sun and the moon. We may be in different locations in our lives when we stop to appreciate their beauty, but they are always present and always serve the same purpose: to illuminate and guide our path wherever we go. We have access to this truth now more than ever as the veils between the worlds have thinned, allowing this wisdom to enter our consciousness. Before this process, ancient wisdom was hidden in scriptures written for the few who carried the torch of light.
Light is truth, light is wisdom and it contains an infinite amount of information.
Many ancient religions did not allow the concepts of ancient wisdom in spirituality because it led individuals to self-knowledge and if everyone got self-realization, there would be no purpose for organized religion and the money that went to the churches would disappear.
So mystery schools were formed and kept underground, as it were, and to become a disciple there was a series of initiations and disciplines that had to be mastered. An individual had to be committed to the truth and breathe, speak, act and teach this way of life. This is how ancient wisdom survived the centuries of the Dark Ages. Now these teachings are emerging from all over the world to be embraced. It comes from the Egyptians, Mayans, Toltecs, Laikas and many more.
This article is about the attitude of gratitude, inspired by the American Thanksgiving tradition. You may be wondering what gratitude has to do with numerology?
Gratitude and numerology
Anyone who works with me knows that I put gratitude at number one on the “how to raise your energy field” scale. In Egyptian numerology we work not only with your highest potential, but also with how you can achieve the best possible outcome when you are in the process of fulfilling your life purpose. The act of “being grateful” aligns our minds with Source and when we are aligned, magic and miracles happen.
Miracles, like signs, symbols and synchronicity, only happen when we are in the present moment. If we dwell in the past or stumble in the future, we will miss them. That makes them so special. It is a moment of unity in which we experience the integration of our soul with Source.
I’ve spent a lot of my life without living in the present moment. I would say: long enough to finally appreciate the presence of life in the ‘now’. I spent too much of my life in the spiral of mental and emotional turmoil over things I thought I could do nothing about. At the time, I thought I couldn’t change my past and the uncertainty about my future developed into sleepless nights. By learning to be in the present moment, full of gratitude where miracles happen, I have changed my past and sleep peacefully with faith and trust in the future.
But before I could stay present, I had to make peace with the past and give up the illusion of control over my future.
Gratitude is an act of faith. It is a place within us that says: no matter what happens outside of me, I have found inner peace. I can open my heart and release my power of choice to see the positive aspects of my life and let go of everything else. It is a fullness of heart that moves us from limitation and fear to expansion and love. When we appreciate something, our ego steps aside and we connect with our soul.
The deeper our appreciation, the more we see with the eyes of the soul and the more life flows in harmony with the creative forces of the universe.
Simply put, gratitude leads to more happiness, joy, energy, creativity, and positive outcomes.
Whenever I feel myself slipping from grace, I realign myself with an attitude of gratitude. There is so much to be grateful for and so little to think about. The past year has brought challenges on so many levels that it’s easy to fall into the fear of “what if?” in life. Finding authentic appreciation and cultivating a Being of Gratitude allows us to ground ourselves to perceive all the “What Real Is” in our lives. It immediately takes the fear out of our minds and brings strength and connection back to our hearts. We’ve had to trust our intuition more lately and stop incubating what we hear from other people.
Whether this information comes from the news, family, friends, Facebook or someone standing in front of us in the store. When it doesn’t feel right, we have the power to find a new perception or a different way of looking at a situation. We have absolute control over our attitude and can change it when necessary.
When we struggle to adapt to the ever-changing challenges of the outside world, we can change our attitude to one of gratitude. It’s an easy habit to cultivate and takes only a moment of altered perception.
Writing down three things we are grateful for every day makes it easier to adjust our outlook when we notice things not going our way or even working against us, as they sometimes seem.
Today I am grateful to all the readers in Ask Astrology. I appreciate your energy, your input and participation. This process motivates me to explore and share perspectives that may help someone, but certainly help me. Therefore, I thank you with all my heart for being the reason for my inspiration.
For those of you who celebrate Thanksgiving next Thursday and for those of you who don’t, I hope you all find a heart full of gratitude that extends into every day. Blessings!!!
