This week starts with some excitement! However, there is no need to worry as long as you find a point where you can release that tension, which we will discuss. We are often conditioned to believe that tension is inherently negative; in fact, that’s not true at all. Tension is often a driving force for us to take action and create necessary changes.
This energy is connected to an astrological configuration called a T-square, which occurs in the sky this week. That’s when three different planets are in three different signs that are not in a harmonious but rather in a challenging aspect or relationship with each other.
This particular T-square, which we are experiencing this week, includes Mercury in Sagittarius, Saturn in Pisces and Jupiter in Gemini.
Mercury in Sagittarius just wants to explore, go on adventures and be only optimistic when possible. It doesn’t want to get bogged down in negativity or being told that there are limitations to the way we can think or express ourselves. Then we have Saturn in Pisces, which is a much heavier and more serious energy; it is about being internal and tending to our feelings and emotions, even the ones that are not pleasant.

It is a very sensitive and intuitive placement that allows you to notice all kinds of surrounding energies. Then we finally have Jupiter in Gemini, who wants to be mentally stimulated and involved. It gives us a hunger for knowledge and freedom in the way we pursue it.
So basically you can imagine all these different energies working within you during this planetary configuration. They are at odds with each other and it can feel like they are being pulled in different directions. The good news is that every T-square has a so-called release point in a certain sign, and in this case it is in the sign of Virgo. The release point is the energy you need to practice moving towards in order to create a balance or harmony between all these conflicting planetary energies.
When a loose point is in Virgo, make sure you practice being organized, focused, and disciplined. Virgo is all about putting things in order, especially when there is chaos or messiness. That might look like making a list for yourself of all the things you need to do to ground you and give you some kind of practical outlet for all this vibrant energy that may be seeping into you!
It would also be very helpful for you to have some kind of routine and consistency so that you stay on track and don’t get distracted by everything that is happening around you and within you.
Virgo is also about serving other people, so ask yourself how you can do more of that this week. Ask your friends and loved ones if they need help or support with anything. You may find that this practice will nourish and nourish you as much as they do and will once again give you something to focus your energy on, helping to prevent you from becoming overwhelmed by all these inner and outer conflicting energies that occur with this moment.
We have one Full moon in Taurus during the middle of the week.
This Full Moon is all about getting in touch with your body, sensuality and the simple pleasures of life. Taurus is about the little things. Taurus doesn’t look for grand or extravagant things. It wants to enjoy the small pleasures, even the mundane. Taurus invites us to be grounded in the here and now and to appreciate what we have available and accessible to us. It invites us to look close and not feel the need to go so far in pursuit of the things that make us feel good and good in our being/body.
Treat yourself to your favorite meal, take a bath or even change the decor of your home. Discover all the different things that can make you feel comfortable, at home and settled.
This Full Moon is a very good time to ground yourself and your body. Find practices that help you get in touch with your physicality and the material aspect of reality. This sign has the most love and appreciation for its embodiment. It is the sign of bringing things into the tangible realm.
Taurus is not concerned with lofty and theoretical ideas and views. Perhaps you can find a gentle and gentle physical exercise that helps you get in touch with your body. This is so important because only by being in touch with your body can you access your feelings and emotions, because that is where they are stored. This in turn helps you process and release them.
This Full Moon is also conjunct Uranus, which gives things a completely different twist.
Uranus loves change, unrest and breaking out of the box, which is the opposite energy of Taurus, which likes stability, consistency and predictable things. This configuration invites you to radically change your relationship with your body and sensuality. It asks you to break down and throw away old, outdated beliefs and habits you may have towards them. We cannot build a healthy world or society if we are not embodied in ourselves.
In this electronic and digital age we find ourselves in, we have all become like floating heads without bodies. We have lost touch with the magic, beauty and power of being in touch with our physicality and sexuality. Now is the perfect time to reclaim that and create a consistent practice that reminds you of its need and importance.
And last but certainly not least, the Full Moon will also trine Pluto in Capricorn.
This is a powerful and intense energy. Pluto asks you to let go of what no longer serves you, to let go of habits, beliefs, feelings and ways of being that no longer serve you. It is critical to recognize that before new life can emerge, some things must, metaphorically speaking, come to an end and die.
Practicing non-attachment is one of the most valuable things you can pursue because it really allows you to fully enjoy and take pleasure in things without the constant nagging fear in the background that you are going to lose it, which deprives you of it. the ability to be in the moment and really enjoy it.
