A new hit documentary about the British royal family’s interest in UFOs and the paranormal investigates claims that Prince Charles flew a real UFO in Canada in 1975.
Dubbed the King Of UFOs, the film features an interview with Canadian diver Dan Costello, who claims to have witnessed Charles as one of three pilots piloting a prototype UFO at Sandy Point in Nova Scotia.
Costello claims that the craft was shaped like a UFO and emitted a blue ionic flame that scorched the earth beneath it and turned the ground to grass. He claims that Prince Charles was based as a helicopter pilot on the nearby HMS Endeavor and was drafted into what was called Project Serpico.
Costellos adds:
“The craft had twin rotor blades, just like a helicopter, but it also just hovered in the air with the blades off and no propulsive noise, just a faint crackle of electromagnetism. I don’t think it was extraterrestrial, but it could be technology developed by Nikolai Tesla, who had a facility here and is now used by the American, Canadian and British militaries.”
The film’s director, Mark Christopher Lee, investigated Costello’s claims and found validity in them, finding evidence that the technology could be what U.S. military personnel, such as David Grusch, claimed to have seen firsthand. Lee adds:
“What if what we all see in the sky and think are alien spacecraft is actually just a secret, highly advanced Earth-bound technology? What if Prince Charles was involved in this project – does King Charles know the truth about UFOs? If so, he must reveal this truth to the public. We deserve to know!”
Lee wrote to King Charles to ask him about this event at Sandy Point in 1975, but to date the palace has not replied.
Lee says:
“At first I was quite skeptical of Costello’s claims, but since the film was released numerous witnesses have come forward stating that they remember this Sandy Point incident and that strange aircraft were flying in this area. This could also explain the infamous nearby UFO incident at Shag Harbor, which people have suggested was a UFO – the truth is probably that it was an experimental technology that the US, Canadians and British wanted to keep secret and that the alien UFO story was a good cover for this.”
The film is available now from Amazon, Tubi, Apple and GAIA.
