A new movie on Amazon Prime called Project alien earth states that UFOs that people see in the sky may actually be AI drones from other planets and not sentient beings. This theory is proposed by eminent scientist Prof. Avi Loeb of Harvard University. He basically suggests that our AI systems could eventually imitate alien AI systems and bypass humanity altogether:
“I can imagine sending AI astronauts on those long trips. And similarly, if there had been other technological civilizations older than us billions of years ago, they might have been able to send AI astronauts. Now our AI astronauts may be less advanced than theirs, and if they visit us, we can of course use our AI systems to interpret their AI systems. And then, you know, they can relate to them.
“And it will put a new spin on Alan Touring’s imitation game, which was intended for AI systems here on Earth to imitate humans as we try to make them in our image.
“But in the future, our AI systems may try to imitate alien AI systems, because they will be much more advanced and perhaps, once they reach comparable levels, that will pave our way into the galaxy class of intelligence civilizations. . You know, that’s one way to get in.”
The film also looks at the profound impact the discovery of extraterrestrial life would have on religion and society. Seth Shostak, the chief astronomer at SETI (Search For Extra Terrestrial Intelligence), suggests it may be similar to the impact of Christopher Columbus and the arrival of Europeans in the New World – a reverse colonialism – where aliens create their own beliefs and gods (or none at all). all) on us, the more primitive people.
He says:
“What if the aliens came to Earth? That’s a completely different story. It’s a completely different scenario. And it is even potentially dangerous; in films it is often dangerous. And that’s because anyone who could actually come here, whatever they want to do, they can do it because there’s so much more advanced than us technically.
“It’s kind of like the Native Americans sitting around a campfire in the 1490s, and they thought, you know, that maybe there are other societies on the other side of all that water down there. What if they came here, you know? And they said, well, we should do that, we can better organize and defend ourselves in case they become aggressive.
‘It didn’t really matter what they did, that other society was much more advanced than theirs over the centuries. And that allowed them to do whatever they wanted to do, good or bad.”
The film also examines the Bible for possible evidence of previous contact with aliens. There is a passage in Ezekiel that possibly describes a UFO:
“Their appearance on the structure is, as it were, a wheel within a wheel.”
The Bible contains an abundance of references to heavenly figures, which have been interpreted in different ways by believers for centuries. Accounts of the Watches, these angelic entities who descended to Earth to pass on their knowledge and wisdom to humanity, are included in the Old Testament.
And then the New Testament stories about Jesus being visited by angelic beings and also taken up into heaven. Then we have the Book of Revelation, which describes these strange creatures with multiple eyes and wings that some people think are aliens.
The film also looks at how a secret organization within the US government called The Collins Elite may be keeping the true secrets about alien visitations.
Author Brian Allan talks about what this Collins Elite group found in their investigation of UFOs: “The ETs were not mechanical, they were not devices, they were not flying machines from other realities or dimensions. They came from HELL.”
