Retired Vice Admiral Tim Gallaudet, former head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), recently called for more transparency regarding unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP).
In a remarkable interview with NewsNationGallaudet, a respected figure with a distinguished career, suggested the government has had encounters with “non-human intelligence.”
“We are still trying to learn this technology and it could give us an advantage in any military conflict,” Gallaudet said.
He elaborated on the strategic reasons for withholding specific details about this technology, highlighting its potential military significance. However, Gallaudet also expressed his belief that it is time to bring interactions with non-human intelligence to the public.
During the same interview, Gallaudet recalled an incident from his tenure in the Navy that he now views as a possible cover-up.
“One of my jobs in the Navy was I was the Navy’s chief meteorologist at the time Orion encountered the UAP off the U.S. East Coast,” he said.
He said these encounters occurred in training airspace and posed safety risks, including mid-air collisions, but were not adequately addressed by the Navy.
Gallaudet revealed that an email relating to the UAP sighting had been deleted from his computer on a secure network, further indicating attempts to cover up such incidents.
In addition, Gallaudet expressed support for the claims of David Grusch, a former intelligence official who has come forward with allegations of secret UFO retrieval programs.
Grusch indicated in his recent interview with NewsNation’s Elizabeth Vargas that he has received additional permission to share “firsthand” knowledge regarding the UFO/UAP transparency movement.
“I will discuss what I actually know firsthand,” Grusch stated, acknowledging previous limitations on his ability to release information due to Pentagon and Intelligence Community (IC) restrictions.
Gallaudet and Grusch’s statements add significant weight to the ongoing conversation about UFOs and UAPs, suggesting deeper complexity and potential government involvement.
Their calls for transparency reflect a growing desire among officials and the public alike to understand these mysterious encounters and their implications.
