Here at HiggyPop HQ we like to make things easy. So we have been compiled this glossary that splits the most important terms used by whistleblowers, military officers and legislators into recent hearings.
Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (Aatip)
Aatip was an US government program, founded in 2007, to study UAP observations and potential threats of unknown or advanced space technology. Although it was officially dissolved in 2012, some claim that his work was continued under various classified programs.
Luis Elizondo, a former intelligence officer, was one of the key figures of Aatip and has since become a whistleblower who argues for a larger UAP transparency. He stated that during his time with Aatip UAPs the program identified with advanced possibilities, such as hypersonic speeds, immediate acceleration and exotic propulsion systems that are outside the limits of known human technology.
Anomaly Resolution Office (Aaro)
An US government agency that was founded on July 20, 2022 to investigate UAP observations, in particular those reported by soldiers. Aaro was established in response to growing concern about national security risks of non -ignored air objects and to improve transparency and data collection on UAP meetings.
Aaro has played a central role in conference sessions and often provides official statements for UAP cases. However, some whistleblowers and legislators have criticized the agency due to the lack of access to alleged secret UAP programs hidden in special access programs (SAPs).

Biologics
A term used by whistleblowers testimony to describe alleged recovered non-human bodies or biological material related to UAP incidents.
In the Congrophy Seat 2023, David Grusch testified that the US government has “intact and partially intact” non-human craft and claimed that “non-human biological means” had been found from crash sites. Although he did not provide physical evidence, his allegations have intensified speculation on UAP-Crash-looking programs and whether the government hides proof of non-human intelligence (NHI).
Defense Office of Prepublications and Security Review (Dopsr)
An American government office that is responsible for assessing documents before they are published to ensure that classified or sensitive information is not released to the public. This process is often required for former military or intelligence officials before they can share details about their work.
Former Pentagon Official Luis Elizondo, who led the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (ATIP), spoke about needing DOpsr -Optication to share his story in his coming book. More recently required Jake Barber, who claims to have worked on a secret Military Uap Crash Retrieval Program, a Dopsr review before talking to journalist Ross Coulthart about newspaper.
Revelation
The release of UAP-related information by the government, military or whistleblowers, intentionally or forced. In recent hearings of the congress, legislators have urged more disclosure with regard to government spending on UAP research, the existence of classified programs and / or important information is remembered to the congress and the public.
Legal changes, such as the protection of whistleblowers, have been introduced to encourage insiders to encourage information about secret UAP programs. Although some believe that the government gradually reveals what it knows, others claim that real disclosure still has to be done, and much of the UAP problem remains hidden behind classified programs and special access projects (SAPs).
Immaculate Constellation
An alleged Pentagon program that claimed to be a very classified non -recognized Special Access Program (USAP) focused on UAP research. In a conference hearing, journalist Michael Shellenberger is brought to the attention for the first time, the program would act as a “parent” intelligence program, which supervises several smaller special access programs (SAPs) with regard to UAPs, non-human intelligence (NHI) and reverse engineering. According to the sources of Shellenberger, Immaculate Constellation “Quarantains” UAP data, which control access to images and technical intelligence within the American military and intelligence community. The Pentagon has denied its existence.
Non-human intelligence (NHI)
A term used to describe every intelligent entity that is not human. In the context of UAP discussions, it often refers to potential aliens, extradimensional or otherwise unknown creatures that may be responsible for some UAP assemblies.
The term played an important role in the recent hearings of the congress, in particular in the testimony of David Grusch, a former intelligence officer that the US government has recovered UAP-Ambacht of “non-human” origin and has “biologics” with regard to these entities. Grusch and other whistleblowers have suggested that intelligence services can hide the proof of NHI, which leads to a growing calls to more transparency on this subject.
Psionica
Sensitive compartmentalized Informatievacility (SCIF)
A secure room or building where classified government discussions and briefings take place, designed to prevent spy, eavesdropping or unauthorized access to sensitive information. SCIFs are used by military, intelligence and government officials in discussing top -secret material.
The term has often been noticed in conference sessions on UAPS, with former Pentagon Official Luis Elizondo among those who have referred to the use of SCIFs for classified briefings on UAP-related matters. Members of the congress have also insisted on whistleblowers to be able to testify about UAP programs in a SCIF to protect national security and at the same time ensure transparency.
Technologies of unknown origin (TUO)
A term used in official reports to describe technology that does not seem to have been developed by a well -known human organization. TUO can include “exotic propulsion systems”, advanced flight options or materials with unknown properties.
Michael Shellenberger recently referred to Tuo in his testimony of the congress, which suggests that classified American military programs have studied such technologies and possibly reversed. TUO is often linked to UAP observations and theories with regard to non-human intelligence (NHI) involvement.
Non -recognized Special Access Program (USAP)
Also: Special access programs (SAPS)
Very classified government projects where only a small number of officials and soldiers are aware. Special access programs (SAPs) are already very limited, but a usap is even more mysterious, which means that its existence is not officially recognized, even for most members of the congress.
Journalist Michael Shellenberger recently testified in a hearing of the congress that whistleblowers have identified an alleged usap called “Immaculate Constellation”, which is said to be a strategic intelligence program within the US Army that supervises various aspects of the UAP matter. Other whistleblowers, including David Grusch, have also claimed that secret American programs are involved in the collection of UAP and Reverse Engineering, hidden in the SAP structure to prevent supervision.
Non -Geidified Anomalous phenomenon (UAP)
If you are on this page, you probably already know what UAP means, but it is worth mentioning that this term is now preferred in official reports, conference hearings and military documentation, to replace “UFO” in the government discourse. “Anomalous” is included to cover objects that are seen in the air, in space and under water – although underwater is also known as non -created objects (USOS).
Onmaned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)
A drone or remote -controlled aircraft, often as for UAPS. UAVs can vary from small commercial drones to advanced military aircraft used for surveillance and exploration.
In conference sessions and Aaro reports, UAVs are often mentioned as a common explanation for UAP observations. Many cases initially classified as UAPs were later identified as drones, either of foreign soldiers, intelligence operations or even hobbyist and commercial sources. Civil servants have emphasized that the increasing use of UAVs, in particular in the vicinity of military installations, has contributed to a considerable number of modern UAP reports.
